My work and experience at a community foundation opened the natural avenue to express my identities and bring a light - no matter how stereotypically dim - to the communities of my past, present, future, & permanent. At the provided links below, you'll find some of the opportunities taken to voice the aforementioned in a way I know how to best communicate.

Other ways I've explored matching voice and tone with intended language surrounding the impact of the foundation. Opting to take a formal, balanced post-event coverage, I dove into the studies of journalistic standards that align fairly.
Beyond written opportunities, I've found ways to better implement the experience of our intended audiences. This has been achieved via social media overhaul, website updates, email campaigns, improving webinar editing/sharing practices, and even capturing photos at external and internal events. Working alongside the executive team, I've developed goals and strategized plans with supporting vocal engagement, idea creation, and visual needs to better build equity inside and outside the walls of the overall staff. Some of these are more readily available to access than others and if you are curious, send me a message and I'll route you a solution that suits both of us within legal and professional means. If you'd like more information on social media alterations and impact - again - message me. In the meantime, see changes done at some of the links provided below.
