Carson Transit Center, Vermont and Capitol Super Stop, 16th Street and Georgetown Road), you'll get a free bus pass and market bucks to spend at the market. - Transit Teammate Appreciation Day: Throughout the week, messages of appreciation poured in, highlighting the commitment, professionalism and care demonstrated across the organization. From the front lines to behind the scenes, IndyGo teammates were recognized for the impact they make in the lives of those who rely on our services. - IndyGo Excellence Awards: IndyGo recognized employees and community partners for their outstanding contributions to IndyGo. We celebrated eight amazing teammates who help make the organization a strong provider of public transportation in Indianapolis. - IndyGo Bus Roadeo: With standout performances in a day full of tight turns and impressive skills, we cheered on mechanics and bus operators as they navigated challenging obstacles and tackled troubleshooting exercises. Representing IndyGo at the APTA International Roadeo are mechanics Alex Walker, Jared Durham, Ben Yates and bus operator Mikia Hicks. - Wellness in Transit Partnerships: Wellness in Transit’s program offers a continuum of care that connects riders and vulnerable populations to essential and holistic health resources. Two of the program's partners are Gennesaret Free Clinics — free healthcare services with a nurse practitioner onsite — and the Marion County Public Health Department, who are available for vaccines, COVID tests and Narcan training.
